BioI'm Rachel && I'm 18.
This is my dieting journal, so that way I don't clutter my regular one with diet non-sense.
I'm doing this the "healthy" way. Starving myself, and binging/purging isn't my thing.
Stats:
Height: 5'7
Start weight: 190.6
STGW 1: 175
STGW 2: 160
STGW 3: 145
Long term goal weight: anywhere between 135-145
I have a ways to go, and I know things won't always be positive, but all I can do is try and put one foot in front of the other.
